I am Writing to Myself

This title sounds little strange, but yes it is writing to myself. Have you ever write to yourself? I hope there are very a few people who write to themselves.



Writing to yourself is very helpful. There is a need to write to yourself when you are going through certain circumstances. People are experiencing stress and daily routing works are not helping them to spare sometime for themselves. It started building the the stress and end up with lonely feelings. You don't like to talk to anyone with an assumption that they will not understand how you feel. It will impact on your relationship with your beloved. This is the moment you can write to yourself.

It's same like having conversation with real you. Here, you can be honest and true. No one else is knowing you better than you do. You just have to write what is emerging inside. There are certain steps you need to take care when you are writing to yourself.



1. Listen to yourself - There are so many voices you heard in a day. It includes both critics and appreciation. Apart from this one more voice exists and that is your true voice, your inner voice. It has capability to choose what right for you without any fear. Don't be judgemental and just listen to true person within you.

2. Unbiased Thought - It's you, who is having conversation with you. You have to given an honest answer which you think is right within yourself. This answer should be from you without any influence of other people's thoughts.

3. Ask Questions - This is very vital part when you are writing to yourself. You have to choose questions by yourself and answer it at your own, These question should be such that help to heal from the problem. If you are not honest with the question you won't be able to answer honestly. This will put you in peril. It will give you an idea where you stand wrong. If you think in peace and ask yourself then your inner voice will come up with an answer.

When you try it, there are chances of getting failed. It would be difficult to have conversation with another you but it's not impossible. Start practising it and you will get success. It will help you out to heal from the worst circumstances. When you are familiar with it then you don't need anyone else opinion in your life. Their critics and appreciation will RIP.
